 SETBACKS. CONTRACTOR ONLY SUBMITTED THE REVISED SURVEY
 SHOWING THE NEW PROPOSED MODEL. NEED TO SUBMIT COMPLETE
 FLOOR PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
