 1- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A)MISSING THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. PROVIDE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R101.5.1
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) AN ENVELOPE LEAKAGE TEST REPORT PERFORMANCE METHOD
 WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE CONTRACTOR CERTIFYING THAT THE
 ENVELOPE LEAKAGE PERFORMANCE RESULTS DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE. CONTRACTOR TO CLAREIFY HOW CAN THE
 CONTRACTOR CERTIFY THAT THE ENVELOPE LEAKAGE
 PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS IN COMPLIANCE IF THE HOSE IS NOT
 BUILT YET?

 TRUE SCALE. SEC.

 B) SURVEY SUBMITTED HAS A PRINTED COPY OF A DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE. DIGITAL SIGNATURES ARE FOR ELECTRONICALLY
 SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS. THIS IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC
 SUBMITTAL. SURVEY NEEDS ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 472.025 FLORIDA STATUES.
  
 3- ATTIC ACCESS SIZE SPECIFIED ON PLANS (22"X54")DON'T
 SEEM TO FIT ON THE HALLWAY THE WAY IS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 IF THIS IS THE SIZE THAT IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED, THEN
 THE OPENING NEEDS TO BE ORIENTED PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 ROOF TRUSSES AND STRUCTURAL FRAMING DETAILS WILL NEED
 TO BE PROVIDED. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R301.1

 4- REVISE DOOR/WINDOW BUCK NOTES ON SHEET A-1. BEVELED
 BUCKS AR NOT ALLOWED. THE BUCK NEEDS TO EXTEND BEYOND
 THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.7.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE
 NOTES AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- ROOF SHEATHING NAILING TYPE AND SIZE SPECIFIED ON
 THE TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET S-3 DOESN'T MATCH THE
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE ROOF SHEATHING DIAPHRAGM
 SCHEDULE ON SHEET S-2. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.

 COVER PAGE TO VERIFY CURRENT CODE AND IF THE PRODUCT IS
 APPROVED.
  
 C) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 7-DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 8- TRUSS PACKAGE
 NOTE:
 TRUSS PACKAGE IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PLAN
 REVIEW FOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY BUILDINGS. CONTRACTOR MAY
 DELIVER THE TRUSS PACKAGE TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AT
 THE TIME OF FRAMING INSPECTIONS AFTER CORRECTIONS
 ADDRESSING THE COMMENTS ARE ADDRESSED.
  
 A) ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 TRUSS DRAWING AND TRUSS LAYOUT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B)TRUSS PACKAGE SUBMITTED NEEDS A TITLE BLOCK WITH THE
 INFORMATION OF THE TRUSS ENGINEER ON EACH SHEET AND
 EACH SHEET NEEDS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE TRUSS
 ENGINEER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.001 FAC.
  
 C) TRUSS LAYOUT TO SHOW THE TRUSS TO TRUSS CONNECTORS
 AND LOCATION. TRUSS ENGINEER TO SIGN AND SEAL THESE
 PLANS AND PROVIDE HIS INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G15-23.001. OR PROVIDE COMPLETE STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTIONS ON EACH INDIVIDUAL TRUSS DRAWING.
  
 9- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK. VALUATION TO
 INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO
 $201,054. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $4503.23.
  
 10-IMPACT FEES -
 PLANS REQUIRE REVIEW BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL
 (561) 233-5025. UPON APPROVAL OF PLANS, YOU MAY CHECK
 OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW.
 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
