 1- REVISE THE PROJECT & BUILDING DATA ON SHEET A-0.00:
 A) THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT UNDER PERMIT #15040220.
 ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED BY THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD, THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS TYPE VB NOT TYPE
 1A. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) THE PROJECT CLASSIFICATION IS NOT A LEVEL 2
 ALTERATION. ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED THIS IS A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SEC. 506 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF CHAPTER 10 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 C) THE EXISTING GAME ROOM AND EXERCISE ROOM ARE CHANGED
 TO OFFICE AND TO ANOTHER BEDROOM RESPECTIVELY. THE
 ADDITIONAL BEDROOM SEEMS TO TRIGGER THE CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY GROUP FROM R-3 TO R-4. SEC. R310.6 FBC.
 REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 D)THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SPECIFIED NEEDS TO BE
 REVISED. THERE IS NOT "RESIDENTIAL SF7" ON THE BUILDING
 CODE. THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION. SEE
 SECTION 310 OF FBC-BUILDING FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL
 CLASSIFICATIONS. ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED THIS
 SEEMS TO BE R-4 OCCUPANCY. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 NOTE: OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY
 IDENTIFIED IN ORDER TO PERFORM THE PLAN REVIEW. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 E) CLEARLY SPECIFY ON PLANS WHAT KIND OF R-4 GROUP IF
 THIS BUILDING USED FOR. IS THIS IS A GROUP HOME,
 ALCOHOL AND DRUG CENTER, ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, ETC.
 AND CLASSIFY WHICH OCCUPANCY CONDITION. CONDITION 1 OR
 CONDITION 2. SEE SEC. 310.6 FBC-BUILDING. NEED THIS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 1012.1.1 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 2- NEED TO SHOW ON PLANS COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 1012.8 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SECTIONS 202.3,
 202.4 AND 206 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 3-THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM OF THE PROPOSED BEDROOM
 DOESN'T PROVIDE THE MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 NEED AT LEAST 54" CORRIDOR WIDTH. SEC. 1012.8

 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE
