 THE PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITIONS:
  
 1. THE REAR SECOND FLOOR ADDITION'S PARAPET WALL SHALL
 BE LOWERED BELOW THE ORIGINAL PARAPET WALL TO INDICATE
 THIS PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE IS AN ADDITION. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS A SIX (6) INCH DIFFERENCE.
 2. THE CONDENSING UNITS LOCATED CORNER SIDE PROPERTY
 LINE SHALL COMPLY WITH SEC. 94-305 (B)(4). MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO
 A SETBACK. THE SETBACK FOR THE CORNER SIDE PROPERTY
 LINE IS 15 FEET. A TOTAL OF 11 FEET WILL NEED TO BE
 BETWEEN THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND THE PROPERTY LINE.
 3. THE EXISTING WINDOW TRIM WILL NEED TO BE RETAINED OR
 RECREATE WITH IN-KIND MATERIAL. (SUBSTITUTE MATERIAL IS
 NOT PERMITTED)
 4. ALL WINDOWS WILL NEED TO BE SIZED TO THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING (EXCEPTION FOR THE FRONT SECOND
 FLOOR CENTER WINDOW WHICH IS EXPANDING IN SIZE) AND
 MATCH THE INSET/DEPTH/LOCATION OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOW
 WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME OPENING.
 5. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS
 WITH LOW-E. PRIVACY OR TINTED GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED.
 6. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE AN EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL
 PYRAMID MUNTIN. MUNTIN PATTERN PER SUBMITTED
 ELEVATIONS.
 7. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE MADE OF ALUMINUM AND BE WHITE
 IN FRAME COLOR.
 8. THE EXISTING MULLIONS SHALL BE RETAINED OR
 REPLACEMENT WITH A MULLION OF EQUAL WIDTH.
 9. ALL DOORS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH
 LOW-E. PROVIDE A GRAPHIC OR PHOTO OF THE PROPOSED DOORS
 PRIOR TO PURCHASING.
 10. THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. A LANDSCAPING PERMIT
 WILL BE SUBMITTED. LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS AND
 CONDITIONAL PERMIT APPLICATION HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED. THE
 CONDITIONAL PERMIT WAS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED ON
