| 1. THE REAR SECOND FLOOR ADDITION'S PARAPET WALL SHALL |
| BE LOWERED BELOW THE ORIGINAL PARAPET WALL TO INDICATE |
| THIS PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE IS AN ADDITION. STAFF |
| RECOMMENDS A SIX (6) INCH DIFFERENCE. |
| 2. THE CONDENSING UNITS LOCATED CORNER SIDE PROPERTY |
| LINE SHALL COMPLY WITH SEC. 94-305 (B)(4). MECHANICAL |
| EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO |
