 (EC). THIS ELEVATION SHALL BE SET AT 7.4 FEET UNLESS A
 FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY (FIS) IS USED TO ESTABLISH THE
 BFE.
 2B. THE BFE BASED ON THE FIS SHALL BE SET AT 7.3 FEET
 NAVD BASED ON THE PARCEL'S LOCATION TO TRANSECT LINE
 #11 OF THE FIS DATED OCT. 5, 2017.
 2C. DUE TO THE CITY'S REQUIREMENT OF A TWO FOOT
 FREEBOARD THE DFE SHALL BE 9.3 FEET NAVD.
 2S. TOP OF SLAB IS SHOWN AS 8.83 FEET NAVD WITH A 2
 INCH ALLOWANCE FOR FLOORING.
 2D. THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IS 9.0 FEET NAVD AS
 STATED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
