| THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED |
| DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE |
| MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS |
| AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW. |
