| ASSOCIATION, INC., ACTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO |
| TERMINATE OR ABANDON THE INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT SHOWN |
| ON THE GOLDEN LAKES OFFICE PARK & GOLDEN LAKES PLAZA |
| PLAT RECORDED IN PB 34 PG 178 AND A COPY OF THE |
| RECORDED DOCUMENTATION TERMINATING/ABANDONING THE |

| ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN, INCLUDING THE DIMENSION |
| FROM THE POSTS TO THE REQUIRED TREES. ADDITIONALLY, THE |
| GATE SWING NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND |
| VERIFY THAT IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE REQUIRED |
| TREES. |
