 PLEASE RESPOND IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE SITE IS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, SO A CHANGE TO
 THE SITE PLAN TO ADD THE GATES REQUIRES AN AMENDMENT TO
 THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF
 THIS PERMIT, A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT MUST
 BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PLANNING
 DIVISION. THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT MUST
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
  
 A. A LETTER FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF
 ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS TRAFFIC DIVISION VERIFYING
 THAT CLOSING THE ACCESS EASEMENT CONTINUES TO MEET THE
 TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS APPROVAL GRANTED FOR THE
 DEVELOPMENT OF THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD MUPD.
  
 B. A COPY OF THE GOLDEN LAKES PLAZA PROPERTY OWNERS
 ASSOCIATION, INC., ACTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO
 TERMINATE OR ABANDON THE INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT SHOWN
 ON THE GOLDEN LAKES OFFICE PARK & GOLDEN LAKES PLAZA
 PLAT RECORDED IN PB 34 PG 178 AND A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED DOCUMENTATION TERMINATING/ABANDONING THE
 INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT.
  
 C. A COPY OF THE LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT APPROVAL
 (EASEMENT RELEASE) TO BLOCK THEIR ACCESS EASEMENT
 RECORDED IN ORB 12461 PG 1275.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN MUST INCLUDE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF
 THE GATE FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 3) THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN INCLUDES REQUIRED TREES
 IN EACH OF THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WHERE THE
 GATE POSTS ARE PROPOSED. SHOW THE GATE POST LOCATIONS
 ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN, INCLUDING THE DIMENSION
 FROM THE POSTS TO THE REQUIRED TREES. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 GATE SWING NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 VERIFY THAT IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE REQUIRED
 TREES.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE GATE DETAIL, INCLUDING THE OVERALL
 HEIGHT OF THE GATE, INCLUDING THE POSTS, FROM GRADE.
