 PROVIDE SETBACK REQUIREMTRNS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE
 PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ALONG COLONIAL RD. CURB CUTS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR PARKING ENTRANCES AND DRIVEWAYS, PLEASE
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CURB CUTS. SEE
 CODE SECTIONS BELOW:
  
 PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-482(D)(1), NEW DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A
 FRONT YARD OR A CORNER SIDE YARD SHALL BE SET BACK A
 MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT AND/OR CORNER SIDE
 PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR
 PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY
 ADJOINING THE APRON.
  
 PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-111(O), (1) CURB CUTS FOR PARKING
 ENTRANCES, AND DRIVEWAYS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-109 AND SHALL BE PERMITTED
 ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-11. (2) PARKING ENTRANCES MAY BE
 PERMITTED ON AVENUES IN THOSE CASES WHERE THE ONLY
 STREET FRONTAGE AVAILABLE IS AN AVENUE.(3) CURB CUTS,
 PARKING ENTRANCES, EXITS, AND DRIVEWAYS SHALL NOT BE
 WIDER THAN 25 FEET AS MEASURED PARALLEL TO THE STREET
 AT THE CURB.
