 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) WHEN VIEWING THE ADDRESS OF 2751 S DIXIE HWY THERE
 ARE 6 LOTS THAT APPEAR UNDER THIS ADDRESS AND ONE LARGE
 BUILDING? FIVE OF THE 6 LOTS HAVE LOT LINES THAT
 TRANSGRESS THROUGH THE BUILDING, EITHER THERE ARE FIRE
 WALLS WITH FIRE DOORS AT EACH PROPERTY LINE OR A UNITY
 OF TITLE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION ON THIS BUILDING. NOTE THIS EXERCISE MAY
 HAVE BEEN COMPLETED UNDER PREVIOUS PERMITS. WHEN THE
 CITY SUBMITS THE UNITY OF TITLE TO THE CLERK OF THE
 COURT AT THE COUNTY COMPLEX THEIR OFFICE (CLERK OF THE
 COURT) DOES NOT FORWARD THIS DOCUMENT TO THE PALM BEACH

 PERFORMED UNDER THIS PERMIT BUT THERE ARE TWO CONCERNS
 THAT WE HAVE.
 2A)(1) ON THE 1ST FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN ONLY ONE STAIR
 IS SHOWN STAIR # 1. ON THE 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 THE 2ND STAIRWAY IS SHOWN. THE PLANS (1ST FLOOR LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN) DOES SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1028.1
 EXCEPTION 1.1 WHERE NOT MORE THAN 50% OF THE NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED EXITS CAN TRAVEL THROUGH A FREE AND
 UNOBSTRUCTED PATH OF TRAVEL TO AN EXTERIOR EXIT DOOR
 AND SUCH DOOR IS READILY VISIBLE AND IDENTIFIABLE FROM
 THE POINT OF TERMINATION OF THE ENCLOSURE.
  
 THE 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES SHOW THE LOCATION
 OF STAIRWELL # 2. NEITHER STAIRWELL INDICATES THEY ARE
 FIRE RATED AND WHAT HOUR THE SHAFTS ARE RATED. IT WOULD
 APPEAR ON THE 2ND FLOOR PLAN BOTH STAIRWAYS ARE
 INTERIOR EXIT STAIRWAYS. BOTH HAVE TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1023.2 OF THE 2017 FBC-B FOR 2 HOURS IN
 A FOUR STORY BUILDING.
  
 2A)(2) ON THE 1ST FLOOR STAIRWELL # TWO?S LOCATION IS
 NOT DECLARED ON THE PLAN, BUT COMPLIANCE WITH FBC.B
 1023.1 NEEDS TO BE SHOWN. SECTION 1023.1 OF THE 2017
 FBC-B DOES ALLOW FOR AN EXIT PASSAGEWAY CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1024 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. PLEASE
 SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 2B) THE 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN IN CORRIDOR # 210
 HAS A NOTE THAT THE 2ND FLOOR OF BUILDING 1 A 4 STORY
 OFFICE MEETS EGRESS REQUIREMENTS AFTER THE DEMO OF
 BRIDGE BUILDING? IS THIS PART OF THIS PERMIT OR IS THIS
 WORK UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT? 2017 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1 OF
 THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL

 IS BEING SHOWN AS AN ASSEMBLY USE. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
 BOTH LOUNGES ARE AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY. IT WOULD APPEAR
 THIS IS A MIXED USE 1ST FLOOR WITH BUSINESS AND
 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES RATHER THAN ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES,
 SEE SECTION 508.2.3 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. WHEN THE PASSIVE
 AND ACTIVE SQUARE FOOTAGE ARE COMBINED THEY ADD UP TO
 2837 SQ. FEET OR OVER 10 % OF THE 1ST FLOOR AREA.
  
 3B) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO PROVIDE DESIGN
 CRITERIA FOR EITHER NON-SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES UNDER
 508.3 OR 508.4 SEPARATION OF OCCUPANCIES IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH 508.2.4.
  
 3C) THE OCCUPANCY COUNT WOULD NEED TO BE REVISED FOR
 THE ACTIVE LOUNGE TO 15 SQ. FT. PER OCCUPANT, SEE 2017

 4) THE 1ST FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWS THE ROOM USAGE
 FOR THE ACTIVE LOUNGE ROOM 147 AND 912 SQ. FT. BUT THE
 ROOM IDENTIFICATION TAG IS NOT OVER THE LOUNGE. THERE
 IS NO ROOM IDENTIFICATION TAG FOR THE AREA IN FRONT OF
 THE ROOM, LEASABLE SPACE 143 UNLESS THE SQ. FOOTAGE FOR
 THE LEASABLE SPACE IS INCLUDES THE ROOM NOT IDENTIFIED?
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.2.
  
 5A) BOTH THE 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND THE LEVEL 2
 FLOOR PLAN SHOW A 2 STORY ATRIUM. THE 2ND LEVEL FLOOR
 PLAN NOTE 33 INDICATES TO REPAIR EXISTING LOW WALL AND
 WINDOW FRAME. THE PLANS DO NOT HAVE A SECTION THROUGH
 THIS AREA NOR HOW COMPLIANCE WITH 404.6 ENCLOSURES OF
 ATRIUMS OF THE 2017 FBC-B IS TO BE COMPLIED WITH. SEE
 404.6 AND EXCEPTIONS.
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA

 6) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS BOTH B102 LEVEL 2 LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN AND A-102 BOTH SHOW CLOSETS 203A & 203B. SHEET
 A-102 LEVEL 2 FLOOR PLAN INDICATES A DETAIL 1/ SHEET
 A-400. IT WOULD APPEAR THE WRONG DETAIL WAS PLACED
 UNDER THIS DETAIL. THERE IS 2 RESTROOMS PLUS AN
 ELEVATOR, RESTROOM CONFIGURATION DOES NOT MATCH THAT OF
 THE FLOOR PLAN AND 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED,
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 7) THE 2ND FLOOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN OCCUPANCY COUNT LEVEL
 2 FOR ROOM 260 THE FUTURE TENANT SPACE 260 INDICATES A

 YOU ALWAYS ROUND UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE NUMBER YOU DO NOT
 DROP PART OF AN OCCUPANT, YOU ALWAYS ROUND UP TO THE

 ARCHITECTURAL PLAN WHERE THIS OCCURS. THE CODE ANALYSIS
 SHEET INDICATES THIS BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTION TYPE
