 1- CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS ON THE SKETCH PROVIDED.
 ALSO, CLEARLY SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOWS
 AND TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED WINDOWS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE BEDROOM EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 702.5 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REVISED SKETCH DOESN'T IDENTIFY THE NAME OF THE ROOM
 WHERE THE WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE REPLACED. UNABLE TO
 VERIFY IF THIS IS A BEDROOM. IF IT IS A BEDROOM, THEN
 NEED THIS INFORMATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 BEDROOM EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 702.5 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING. SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED WINDOWS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.

 2- IT IS NOT CLEAR WHAT TYPE OF WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED. SKETCH SUBMITTED SPECIFIES SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOWS WITH FIXED TRANSOM ABOVE. BUT NOA 17-0614.14
 SUBMITTED IS FOR CASEMENT WINDOWS. CLARIFY/REVISE AS
 REQUIRED AND COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. IF USING CASEMENT WINDOWS,
 THEN NOA SUBMITTED IS OK. IF USING SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS,
 THEN NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOWS. SEC. 61G20-3 FAC.
