 1) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND SHEET A1.1 SHOWS THE
 OVERALL DIAGONAL DISTANCE OF SUITE # 200 BUT NOT THE
 1/3RD THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE EXIT DOORS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR (200)
 AND DOOR # 213.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION
 1007.1.1EXCEPTION # 2. WHERE A BUILDING IS EQUIPPED
 THROUGHOUT WITH AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 903.3.1.1. THE SEPARATION DISTANCE
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 1/3 THE OVERALL DIAGONAL
 DIMENSION OF THE AREA SERVED.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED NEWLY RECONFIGURED FORMED TENANT SPACE

 TYPE E. ON THE SAME SHEET IN THE DOOR ELEVATIONS IS
 WHERE THE DISCREPANCY OCCURS. THE WORDING BENEATH THE
 PICTURE INDICATES A 45 MINUTE RATED SOLID CORE WOOD
 DOOR BUT DEPICTED IS A GLAZED DOOR.
 DISCREPANCY, PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 107.2.1.2. PLEASE REVIEW OPENING PROTECTIVES UNDER
 FBC-B TABLE 716.5 AND &16.6.
  
 4) SHEET A2.0 DOORS IDENTIFIED AS DOOR TYPE A INDICATES
 THEY ARE TO BE RE-USED AND WITH A SIDE LITE. NEITHER
 THE DOOR SCHEDULE NOR DOOR ELEVATIONS INDICATE WHAT
 TYPE OF GLAZING IS IN THE SIDE-LITE.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B FOR
 HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS, SECTION 2406.4.2 GLAZING ADJACENT
 TO DOORS. 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 104.9.1 USED MATERIALS. THE USE OF USED, RECYCLED OR
 RECLAIMED MATERIALS WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THIS CODE FOR NEW MATERIALS IS PERMITTED.

 HEADING OF DEMOLITION KEYNOTES OR PLUMBING DEMOLITION
 NOTES? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED 107.2.1.2 FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 5A) 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305,
 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND TOE
 CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.A PARALLEL APPROACH COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE
