 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LIFE SAFETY SHEET LIST TWICE DEAD END CORRIDOR
 LENGTH IS 25 FEET. ONCE UNDER THE HEADING OF LIFE
 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, THE 2ND TIME UNDER LIFE SAFETY
 DATA. IN NEITHER CASE DOES THE PLAN STATE WHERE THIS
 MEASUREMENT IS REFERENCED IN THE CODE?
  
 UNDER THE 2017 FBC-B FOR AN UNSPRINKLERED BUILDING,
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY SECTION 1020.4 STATES DEAD END
 CORRIDORS SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN 20 FEET. UNDER THE
 2017 EXIST. BUILDING CODE LEVEL II ALTERATION SECTION
 805.6 THE CODE ALLOWS DEAD END CORRIDORS ARE ALLOWED TO
 BE 35 FEET WITH THE EXCEPTION TO SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS
 50 FEET THE SAME AS THE FBC-B FOR SPRINKLERED
 BUILDINGS. PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE SHEET A-2 INDICATES CREATING NEW
 OPENINGS FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS AS WELL AS ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING STORAGE ROOM 125 THAT CROSSES THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE EXISTING BUILDING SITS ON 1105 NORTH
 DIXIE BUT THE SAME OWNERS (JCK ENTERPRISES INC.) OWN
 THE 2 ADJACENT LOTS 1101 AND 1109. THE NEW PROPOSED
 OPENINGS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING WOULD
 VIOLATE THE AMOUNT OF ALLOWABLE OPENINGS IN TABLE 705.8
 OF THE FBC-B AND ON THE NORTH SIDE THE EXISTING
 BUILDING THE STORAGE ROOM 125 TRANSGRESSES THE PROPERTY
 LINE. PLEASE GET A UNITY OF TITLE TO MAKE THESE
 MODIFICATIONS CODE COMPLIANT.

 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
