 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REQUIRES THAT
 THE MAXIMUM FOOTCANDLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE IS 1.0. THE
 FOOTCANDLE VALUES ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, WHILE
 SHOWN AT LESS THAN 1.0 FOOTCANDLE, ARE NOT SHOWN AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE, BUT RATHER WITHIN THE OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN NEEDS TO
 BE REVISED TO SHOW THE FOOTCANDLE MEASURES AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE LIGHT POLES ALONG THE
 ROADWAYS DO NOT CREATE GLARE INTO THE ADJACENT
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THE POLES ALONG
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD EXCHANGE COURT AND THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE ARE NEW OR EXISTING. ALL NEW POLES ARE TO
 BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK IS REQUIRED TO
 BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
