| PERMITTED ON AVENUES IN THOSE CASES WHERE THE ONLY |
| STREET FRONTAGE AVAILABLE IS AN AVENUE.(3) CURB CUTS, |
| PARKING ENTRANCES, EXITS, AND DRIVEWAYS SHALL NOT BE |
| WIDER THAN 25 FEET AS MEASURED PARALLEL TO THE STREET |
