 NOTE: A FULL AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COULD NOT BE
 ACCOMPLISHED AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE QUALITY OF THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED
 ON THE RESUBMITTAL REVIEW.
  
 1) THIS BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH
 DESIGN SPECIFICATION ( "A" OR 'B" OF THE ACT) WAS USED
 IN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN OF THIS UNIT, WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE 2017 TO FBC SEC.107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) SHOW THE DEPTH OF THE NEW VANITY. THE VANITY SHALL
 BE A MAXIMUM OF 24 INCHES DEEP PER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT
 AND 34 INCHES HIGH. ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT MAY BE
 REQUIRED IN THE WALLS AROUND THE SHOWER TO ALLOW FOR
 THE FUTURE INSTALLATION OF GRAB BARS PER THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT. SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED
 REINFORCEMENTS AND THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE
 REINFORCEMENT AND THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM DISTANCES
 FROM THE FINISH FLOOR, WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE 2017 TO
 FBC SEC.107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 3) INDICATE ON THE PLANS IF THE LOCATION OF SHOWER HEAD
 AND VALVE, WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE 2017 TO FBC
 SEC.107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 4) THE ADDRESS OF PROJECT OR RESIDENCE MUST BE ON PLAN,
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE 2017 TO FBC SEC.107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 5) THE CLAIMED VALUE APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, PLEASE PROVIDE A BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACT. THE VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO 2017 FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMITS VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 6) THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 PROVIDES AN OPTION FOR THE CHANGING OF AN FHA
 COMPLIANCE STRUCTURE. THE OWNER AND DESIGNER OF RECORD
 ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROPOSED BATHROOM DESIGN DOES NOT
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY
 GUIDELINES. THE OWNER AGREES TO REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO
 COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF SO, REQUESTED BY THE
 BUYER. THIS WILL BE IN AN LETTER TYPE FORMAT SIGNED AND
 NOTARIZED BY THE OWNER. WE PROVIDE A SAMPLE LETTER AND
 IT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT OF THE
 CITY OF WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
