| INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE FORM DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE |
| REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 706.8.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. |
| THIS IS NOT AN ENGINEERED DESIGN OR INFORMATION |
| SUBMITTED DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE PRESCRIPTIVE RETROFIT |
| SOLUTIONS PROVIDED IN SEC. 706.8.1.1. THE |
| SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE STRAP ARE INCOMPLETE. CONTRACTOR |
| HIMSELF SPECIFIES THAT THE ADDITIONAL FASTENERS IN THE |
| EXISTING ANCHORS DON'T PROVIDE COMPLIANCE. IN ADDITION, |
| CONTRACTOR SPECIFIED THAT THERE ARE NO EXISTING ANCHORS |
| AND FASTENERS AT THE LOCATIONS PROPOSED FOR MITIGATION |
| RETROFIT. EXTERIOR WALLS ARE WOOD, NOT CBC. THE ROOF |
| GEOMETRY IS GABLE AND THERE IS A FLAT ROOF ALSO. THERE |
| IS NOT ADDRESS IDENTIFYING THE HOUSE. |
