 1- PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS FOR REPLACEMENT OF 5
 SQUARES OF ROOF TILE. NEED TO RE-ROOF ENTIRE ROOF AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 706.1.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. NO MORE
 THAN 25% OF THE ROOF OF THE TOTAL ROOF AREA SHALL BE
 REPLACED UNLESS ENTIRE EXISTING ROOF IS REPLACED.
 REVISE DESCRIPTION IN-PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2- ROOF TILE NOA 02-0415.05 EXPIRED ON 05/23/07. NEED
 TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G20-3.001 FAC.
  
 3- - ROOF TILE NOA 18-0119.03 SUBMITTED: CLEARLY MARK
 ROOF TILE FASTENING METHOD AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY
 FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS. IF USING SCREWS, THEN CLEARLY
 MARK THE NUMBER AND SIZE OF SCREWS. IF USING FOAM
 ADHESIVE, THEN CLEARLY MARK PADDY SIZE.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF
 THIS IS THE ROOF TILE FASTENING METHOD SPECIFIED
 ON-ITEM #3 ABOVE. AND, CLEARLY MARK PADDY SIZE. SEC.
 61G20-3.001 FAC.
  
 5- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE TOTAL ROOF SQUARE FEET
 FOR PROPER VALUATION AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL
 ROOFING PERMITS.
  
 6- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 717.13
