 1) 002-SITE DEV. PLAN. PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION AS
 TO WHY THERE IS A NEW DRIVEWAY AND STAIRS BEING CUT
 INTO S. FLAGLER DR. WHEN THE ENTRY TO THE BUILDING IS
 ON THE WEST FACE OF THE BUILDING? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) 002-SITE DEV. PLAN. IS THIS NEW DRIVE AND STAIRWAY
 PART OF A VALET SERVICE OR DOES THE PROPOSED NEW DRIVE
 HAVE A DROP OFF ZONE (PASSENGER LOADING ZONE) TO BE
 INCORPORATED INTO THE DRIVE? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3A) THERE ARE MANY ELEVATION MARKERS ON THE DRIVE PLAN
 002-SITE DEV. PLAN. THE ELEVATION MARKERS DO NOT MAKE
 IT CLEAR IF THEY ARE THE TOP OF THE D CURB OR THE TOP
 OF THE DRIVEWAY? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE NEW
 STAIR AND LANDING THERE IS A 0.84 FT. CROSS SLOPE DROP
 IF THERE IS TO BE A DROP OFF ZONE (PASSENGER LOADING
 ZONE)? 2017 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 503.4 SLOPES NOT STEEPER
 THAN 1:48 SHALL BE PERMITTED.
  
 3B) VEHICLE PULL UP SPACE IS TO COMPLY WITH ACCESS.
 CODE REQUIREMENTS 503.2-503.4.
  
 4) SHEET 002 SITE DEV. PLAN IF THERE IS NOT A PASSENGER
 DROP OFF ZONE, THE PLANS DO NOT STATE THERE IS A
 DROPPED CURB AT THE STAIR AND LANDING YOU WOULD HAVE TO
 WHEEL A WHEELCHAIR SOUTH OUT INTO THE TRAFFIC LANE FOR
 THE PARKING GARAGE TO GET TO THE SIDEWALK. 107.2.1.2.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. IT WOULD APPEAR THIS
 NEW DRIVEWAY AND STAIR ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE UPPER
 LANDING, IF NOT PLEASE PROVIDE SIGNAGE WHERE THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE IS LOCATED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH:
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 216.6 ENTRANCES.
  
 WHERE NOT ALL ENTRANCES COMPLY WITH 404, ENTRANCES
 COMPLYING WITH 404 SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY THE
 INTERNATIONAL SYMBOL OF ACCESSIBILITY COMPLYING WITH
 703.7.2.1. DIRECTIONAL SIGNS COMPLYING WITH 703.5 THAT
 INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE NEAREST ENTRANCE COMPLYING
 WITH 404 SHALL BE PROVIDED AT ENTRANCES THAT DO NOT
 COMPLY WITH 404.
  
 5) SHEET 002 SITE DEV. PLAN INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF A
 PORTION OF A RETAINING WALL. THERE IS ALSO A NOTE
 STAIRS BY OTHERS. WHAT IS NOT CLEAR, ARE THE STAIRS TO
 BE PART OF SEPARATE PERMIT? THE SHEET 007L1 INDICATES
 GRANITE STEP TREADS AND ALUMINUM HANDRAIL BUT NO PLANS
 HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED FOR THE STAIR LAYOUT, STEEL
 RE-ENFORCING NOR AND INFORMATION ON A HANDRAIL/
 GUARDRAIL SYSTEM. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
