 1. ON RISER DIAGRAM MP-1 FIRST FLOOR GUEST BATH SHOWER
 LABELED AS LAV AND LAV NOT LABELED PLEASE MAKE CHANGES,
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11)
 RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 2. BATH 2 SHOWER IS NOT VENTED CORRECTLY, WET VENT
 REQUIRED BETWEEN WATER CLOSET AND SHOWER, WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL
 PLUMBING.
  
 3. BATH 3 DIAGRAM HAS A WASHING MACHINE ON A 2" DRAIN,
 PER MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATION ON MOST UNITS REQUIRE A
 3" DRAIN LINE, PLEASE SUBMIT SPECS ON WASHING MACHINE
 OR MAKE CHANGES ON PIPE SIZE, WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 4. SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM MC-1C FOR CABANA BATH FIRST
 FLOOR STACK TO THE SECOND FLOOR MUST BE ON ITS OWN
 SYSTEM AND CANNOT VENT ON STACK, NEED KITCHEN ON ITS
 OWN STACK AND LAV ON ITS OWN BATHROOM GROUP, WILL NEED
 A AIR ADMITTANCE OR A VENT THROUGH ROOF FOR KITCHEN AND
 BATHROOM GROUP DOWNSTAIRS, WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 5. SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM MC-1C FOR CABANA BATH SECOND
 FLOOR WAS LABELED AS 1ST FLOOR PLEASE CHANGE TO 2ND
 FLOOR AND WASHING MACHINE STACK MUST BE 3" (REFER TO
 COMMENT 3), SHOWER NEEDS WET VENT BETWEEN WC AND
 SHOWER, PLEASE CHANGE, WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.
 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 6. A BACKFLOW DEVICE (REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE PRINCIPAL
 BACKLFOW ASSEMBLY) MAY BE REQUIRED PER CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH UTILITIES DEPARTMENT CROSS CONNECTION MANUAL
 AND ORD #2853-95, PLEASE CALL 561-822-2240 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION SINCE THIS IS A DUAL DWELLING.
  
 7. A SEPARATE GAS PLAN REVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED A GAS, A
 GAS PLAN HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THIS SUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE. A GAS PLAN REVIEW HAS NOT BEEN PERFORMED AT
 THIS TIME. A SEPARATE GAS PERMIT AND PLANS WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM THE RELATED WORK.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS AND GAS RISER THAT REFLECTS THE
 ENTIRE SCOPE OF GAS WORK TO BE DONE AT THIS TIME PER
 THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
  
 8. SHOWER PAN DETAIL REFERS TO PLB 471.5.2 WHICH IS NOT
 THE RESIDENTIAL CODE 2017 FBC RES. SEC 2709.2 LINING
 REQUIRED, PLEASE REVISE TO REFLECT RESIDENTIAL CODE,
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF
 BUILDING PLANS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
