 ON PERMIT APPLICATION, OR ADJUST VALUE TO MATCH ACTUAL
 COST OF WORK. PLEASE ADJUST FEE AT FRONT DESK.
  
 3) 501.1.1 FBC[RE] ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS, OR REPAIRS:
 GENERAL. ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS, OR REPAIRS TO AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, BUILDING SYSTEM OR PORTION THEREOF
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION R502, R503 OR R504. UNALTERED
 PORTIONS OF THE EXISTING BUILDING OR BUILDING SUPPLY
 SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THIS CODE.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT THE METHOD
 CHOSEN FOR COMPLIANCE.

 FLOOR SPACE, OR FOLLOW REQUIREMENTS FOR UNVENTED.

 AND ATTACHMENT ACCORDING TO GENERAL LIMITATIONS 7 ON
 NOA 15-0729.18
  
 7) 806.5 FBC[R] UNVENTED ATTIC AND UNVENTED ENCLOSED
 RAFTER ASSEMBLIES. 5.1.2. WHERE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION IS PROVIDED INSIDE THE BUILDING THERMAL
 ENVELOPE, IT SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 5.1.1. IN ADDITION TO THE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION INSTALLED DIRECTLY BELOW THE STRUCTURAL
 SHEATHING, RIGID BOARD OR SHEET INSULATION SHALL BE
 INSTALLED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STRUCTURAL ROOF SHEATHING
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE R-VALUES IN TABLE R806.5 FOR
 CONDENSATION CONTROL.
 - PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION FOR AIR PERMEABLE
 INSULATION AT ROOF DECK.
  
 8) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 WINDOW MULL AND GARAGE DOORS, OR INDICATE THAT YOU
 WOULD LIKE THEM DEFERRED.

 9) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE PRODUCT ATTACHMENT
 FOR ROOF INSULATION, OR INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE IT
 DEFERRED.

 EXPOSURE C IN THE 3 WIND ZONES ESTABLISHED ON SHEET
 A-2C. PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ROOF
 INSULATION AND ATTACHMENT ACCORDING TO GENERAL
 LIMITATIONS 7 ON NOA 15-0729.18
  
 10) 107.2.1.2 FBC[AMENDED] SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SHOP
 DRAWINGS FOR STAIRCASE, APPROVED BY DESIGNER OF RECORD,
 FOR REVIEW BY WPB BUILDING DEPARTMENT AS A SUBMITTAL.

 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
  
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW

 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
