 LIST THE OCCUPANCY TYPE AS A R-3. PLEASE NOTE MOST R-3
 ARE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. FEW R-3 ARE A MIXED
 OCCUPANCY WHERE IS A BUSINESS OR MERCANTILE ON THE 1ST
 FLOOR AND A SINGLE DWELLING UNIT ON THE 2ND FLOOR.

 90 CONTROL MEMBRANE. WE DO HAVE THE ACTUAL TEST RESULT

 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.

 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
