 FACADE (ADDITION ONLY) AND TRANSPARENCY IS 30% OF THE
 BUIDING FACADE (ADDITION ONLY). PLEASE SEE DEFINITION
 OF ACTIVE USE AND TRANSPARENCY IN SECTION 94-109
  
 A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ADDITION OF
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF
 BUILDING PERMIT. THE PLAN INDICATES HIBISCUS HEDGE IS
 BEING REPLACED, BUT THE LATEST APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN
 WAS APPROVED FOR COCOPLUM HEDGE. IT ALSO APPEARS THAT
 THERE ARE TREES MISSING FROM THE SOD AREA WHERE THE NEW
 ADDITION IS BEING PROPOSED. IF THESE WERE REMOVED, THEY
 WILL NEED TO BE MITIGATED.
 THE CORRECT BASE PLAN TO USE FOR LANDSCAPE AND SITE
 PLAN ARE FROM PERMITS 15060795 AND 15110106
 (LANDSCAPE). COORDINATE WITH RAY CARANCI, LANDSCAPE
 PLANNER FOR LANDSCAPE QUESTIONS. 561 822 1462
  
 PLEASE CLEAN UP THE PARKING NUMBERS AS THEY ARE
 INCORRECT AND PLEASE PROVIDE THE PARKING DATA ON THE
 PLANS
 PLEASE INCLUDE UPDATED PERVIOUS AND IMPERVIOUS DATA
  
 THE STREET VIEW FROM APRIL 2019 SHOWS A CONSTRUCTION OR
 STORAGE TRAILER IN THE REAR PARKING LOT, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. PLEASE VERIFY WITH TIME STAMPED IMAGES THAT
 THIS TRAILER IS NO LONGER ON SITE
  
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE DATA FOR THE TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE (EXISTING THREE BUILDINGS, AND ADDITION)
  
 NEW FENCES REQUIRE A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT, PLEASE MAKE
 A NOTE ON THE PLANS "THROUGH SEPARATE PERMIT" FOR ANY
