 NOTE - A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW COULD NOT BE DONE AT THIS
 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. ON THE ISOMETRIC DRAWING PLEASE SHOWS THE VALVE,
 SEDIMENT TRAP AND REGULATOR PER, 2017 FBC FUEL GAS RES
 SECS. G2413.4.1, G2413.4.2.
 2. THIS UNIT REQUIRES A REGULATOR AS IT HAS 10.5? WC
 MINIMUM AND THE METER IS 12? WC. PLEASE SUBMIT
 MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATION FOR REGULATOR, REGULATORS
 INSTALLED OUTDOORS SHALL BE DESIGNED, INSTALLED OR
 PROTECTED SO THEIR OPERATION WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY
 THE ELEMENTS. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE
 MANUFACTURER THAT THE REGULATORS ARE APPROVED FOR
 EXTERIOR USE. NFPA 58-11 SEC. 6.8.1.5.
 3. THIS UNIT REQUIRES A 120 VOLT OUTLET FOR SOURCE OF
 IGNITION AND A SUB ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE SOURCE OF IGNITION IF ONE NOT WITHIN RANGE, WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 105.1.
 4. THE VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING APPLICATION AND THE
 OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. PROVIDE BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACT
 PER WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
