 NOTE - A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW COULD NOT BE DONE AT THIS
 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1) THERE IS NO VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) SUBMIT A SLAB REPAIR DETAIL FOR REVIEW. SHOW THE
 WIDTH OF THE REPAIR, THE MINIMUM THICKNESS OF THE
 CONCRETE TO BE REPLACED, AND THE PSI OF THE CONCRETE.
 SHOW THE SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE DOWELS, THE MINIMUM
 EMBEDMENT DEPTH INTO THE EXISTING SLAB, AND THE SPACING
 OF THE DOWELS ON THE CENTER. THE REPAIR SHALL ALSO
 INCLUDE TERMITE TREATMENT OF THE SOIL AND THE REQUIRED
 VAPOR BARRIER OVER THE SOIL. A COPY OF THE TERMITE
 CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ONSITE FOR A FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 3) THE SCOPE OF THE PLUMBING TO BE DONE IS UNCLEAR
 PLEASE PROVIDE PLUMBING PLAN INCLUDING A SANITARY AND
 WATER ISOMETRIC DRAWING. PER WPB AMEND TO FBC
 107.3.5.1.3(13)
  
 4) PLEASE GIVE DIMENSIONS FOR FIXTURE CLEARANCES PER
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATION DETAILS FOR ALL PLUMBING
 LOCATIONS.
