 1) 2ND REQUEST. SEMI- COMPLIED. SHEET 004-A020 LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN UNDER THE HEADING BUILDING DATA THERE IS A
 DISCREPANCY IN WHAT AREA IS CONDITIONED SPACE AND TOTAL
 SQ. FT. AREA BETWEEN THE FLOOR PLAN AND THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS PROJECT SUMMARY. THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES
 4,202 SF WHILE THEY PROJECT SUMMARY INDICATES 4,030 SF.
 THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THE TOTAL SQUARE FEET UNDER
 ROOF AS 7,150 SF WHILE THE ENERGY CALC. PROJECT SUMMARY
 INDICATES 6582 SF. DISCREPANCY IN THE FOOTAGE BETWEEN
 THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED.
  
 2) SHEET 008-A-100:
  
 2A) SEMI-COMPLIED. THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES IN THE
 REFERENCE FLOOR PLAN AND THE DIMENSION PLAN. THERE
 SEEMS TO BE A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE HOURLY RATING ON
 THE WALL BETWEEN THE CREMATORY AND VIEWING ROOM. THE
 WALL IDENTIFICATION TAG INDICATES WALL TYPE P6. THE
 FLOOR PLAN INDICATES A 90 MINUTE RATED ROLL
 DOWN FIRE SHUTTER (FBC-B TABLE 716.5) WITH FUSIBLE
 LINK. A 90 MINUTE OPENING PROTECTIVE WOULD BE FOR A 2
 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL. IT WOULD APPEAR THERE IS A TYPO
 ON WALL TYPE P6 AS A 21 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL. WALL
 SHOULD BE DESIGNED FOR 100 % DESIGN LOAD AND FIRE FROM
 EITHER SIDE.
  
 2B) SEMI-COMPLIED CORRECTING THE TYPO SHOULD RESULT IN
 COMPLIANCE. THE SAME HOLD TRUE FOR THE WALLS SEPARATING
 THE CREMATORY/ RECEIVING # 1 AND THE PROCESSING ROOM/
 ELECTRIC ROOM. THESE WALLS ARE IDENTIFIED WITH A WALL
 TAG P6 (1 HOUR FIRE RATING) WHEREAS THE DOOR 120 IS
 INDICATED IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE REQUIRING A 90 MINUTE
 OPENING PROTECTIVE (FBC-B TABLE 716.5). DISCREPANCY
 BETWEEN WALL AND OPENING PROTECTIVE RATINGS.

 CIRCLED THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES, ANCHORS

 CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY ROOF TOP STANDS FOR COOL CELL
 CONDENSER. THE ROOF TOP A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVAL WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
 CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW) OF THE ROOF TOP
 COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND, THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS, WEIGHT, CIRCLED
 THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES, ANCHORS AND UPLIFT
 VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE STAND AND THE STAND
 TO THE ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL IS TO BE REVIEWED BY

 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.

 15) ROOFING PROVISO: FROM THE DESIGNER OF RECORD:
 SUB-SYSTEM NO. 32 IS WHAT WE AARE USING IN THE NEMO
 REPORT. THE SYSTEM IS AS FOLLOWS: SLOPED PLYWOOD
 DECK-MECHANICALLY ATTACHED DENSDECK PRIME 4X8 SHEETS
 USING #12 SCREWS /3" INSULATION PLATES USING 18
 FASTENERS PER BOARD IN THE FIELD, 27 IN THE PERIMTER
 AND 36 IN THE CORNERS. ADHERE TPO SET IN SOLVENT BASED
 BONDING ADHESIVE. ONCE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS
 SELECTED, THE GC WILL ENGAGE THE ROOFING SUB-CONTRACTOR
 TO PRODUCE SIGNED AND SEALED SHOP DRAWINGS, INCLUDING
 CALCULATIONS. THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER WILL REVIEW AND
 WILL AFFIX THEIR SHOP DRAWING STAMP BEFORE BEING
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 16) IMPACT FEES - DIGITAL SUBMITTALS: PLANS WILL BE
 REVIEWED BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE DIGITALLY VIA
 PROJECT DOX UPON NOTIFICATION BY THIS OFFICE.
 NOTIFICATION MAY OCCUR WHEN PLANS ARE NEAREST FINAL
 FORM. YOU MAY COORDINATE WITH THE IMPACT FEE OFFICE AT
 (561) 233-5025 OR SIMPLY UPLOAD THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT
 FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO YOUR PROJECT AND NAME THE
 FILE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE. THE FORM CAN
