 BUILDING DATA THE LINE FOR MIXED OCCUPANCY IS INDICATED
 AS NO. THIS FLOOR PLAN DOES APPEAR TO BE A MIXED USE
 BUILDING. IN THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION 509.3 AREA
 LIMITATIONS. INCIDENTAL USES SHALL NOT OCCUPY MORE THAN
 10 % OF THE BUILDING AREA OF THE STORY IN WHICH THEY
 ARE LOCATED. THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THE TOTAL UNDER
 ROOF AREA IS 7,150 SQUARE FEET. FOR ANY OCCUPANCY OVER
 715 SQ. FT. THE BUILDING WOULD BE CONSIDERED MIXED USE.
 BUSINESS THE COOLER STORAGE ARE OVER 715 SQ. FT. EACH
 AND BOTH WOULD BE CONSIDERED SEPARATE OCCUPANCIES.
  
 2) SHEET 008-A-100:
 2A) THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES IN THE REFERENCE FLOOR PLAN
 AND THE DIMENSION PLAN. THE WALL SEPARATING THE
 CREMATORY/ RECEIVING # 1 AND RECEIVING ROOM # 2 IS
 SHOWN ON THE DIMENSION PLAN WITH WALL TYPES P4 & P7. A
 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE SEPARATING
 THE CREMATORY FROM THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY THE WALL P6
 IS SHOWN AS A 1 HOUR RATED WALL. THE DOOR SCHEDULE
 SHEET A-500 SHOWS DOOR NUMBER 102 & 109 REQUIRING 90
 MINUTE OPENING PROTECTIVES AS WELL AS A 90 MINUTE ROLL
 DOWN FIRE SHUTTER WITH FUSIBLE LINK. DISCREPANCY IN THE
 HOUR RATING REQUIREMENT AND OPENING PROTECTIVE
 REQUIREMENTS (FBC-B TABLE 716.5).
  
 2B) THE SAME HOLD TRUE FOR THE WALLS SEPARATING THE
 CREMATORY/ RECEIVING # 1 AND THE PROCESSING ROOM/
 ELECTRIC ROOM. THESE WALLS ARE IDENTIFIED WITH A WALL
 TAG P6 (1 HOUR FIRE RATING) WHEREAS THE DOOR 120 IS
 INDICATED IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE REQUIRING A 90 MINUTE
 OPENING PROTECTIVE (FBC-B TABLE 716.5). DISCREPANCY
 BETWEEN WALL AND OPENING PROTECTIVE RATINGS.
  
 2C)(1) THE RECEIVING ROOM # 2 IS INDICATED IN HAVING A
 WALL TYPE P3 & P8 BOTH BEING A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL.
 THE COMMON WALL WITH THE COOLER BEING A 1 HOUR RATED
 WALL BUT THE DOOR INTO THE COOLER DOES NOT HAVE AN
 IDENTIFICATION TAG, NOR A FIRE RATING. IT IS NOT CLEAR
 IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A 45 MINUTE ROLL DOWN FIRE
 SHUTTER OVER THIS OPENING. 107.21.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2C)(2) PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER SECTION 1006.2.2.3.
 1006.2.2.3 REFRIGERATED ROOMS OR SPACES. ROOMS OR
 SPACES HAVING A FLOOR AREA LARGER THAN 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET CONTAINING A REFRIGERANT EVAPORATOR AND MAINTAINED
 AT A TEMPERATURE BELOW 68?F, SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO NOT
 LESS THAN TWO EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS.
  
 3A) SHEET 008-A-100 WALL LEGEND. IN EACH OF THE WALL
 DETAILS THAT SHOW A FIRE RATED WALL THE DETAILS STATE
 THE STUD GAUGE IS TO BE A 22 GAUGE METAL STUD (MSG). IN
 EACH OF THE UL LISTING GIVEN THEY ALL LISTED A 20 GAUGE
 METAL STUD AS THE REQUIRED GAUGE OF STUD. PLEASE ALSO
 CLARIFY SINCE THERE 2 TYPES OF 20 GAUGE STUDS.
 DRYWALL AND A MINIMUM THICKNESS (MILLS) OF 30 AND 20
 GAUGE STRUCTURAL AND MINIMUM THICKNESS OF 33 (MILLS).
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3B) PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER THE METAL STUD WALLS WHERE THE
 FIRE SHUTTERS ARE GOING TO BE INSTALLED. SHEET A601
 INDICATES THAT A MINIMUM OF 16 GAUGE STRUCTURAL STEEL
 STUDS ARE REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE ROLLING COUNTER FIRE
 DOOR.
  
 4) WALK-IN COOLERS REQUIRE THEIR OWN PERMIT, REVIEW AND
 ASSOCIATED FEES. INFORMATIONAL.
  
 5) SHEET 014-A300 SECTION 1 SHOWS THE USE OF 2 LAYERS
 OF 2 INCH THICK RIGID INSULATION BELOW THE SLAB.
 TERMITES WILL BE A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE INSULATION
 UNDER THE CONCRETE SLAB. PLEASE REFER TO THE 2017 FBC-B
 2603.8 PROTECTION AGAINST TERMITES. IN FLORIDA,
 EXTRUDED AND EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE, POLYISOCYANURATE AND
 OTHER FOAM PLASTICS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED ON THE
 EXTERIOR FACE OR UNDER INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 WALLS OR SLAB FOUNDATIONS LOCATED BELOW GRADE.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. BUILDINGS WHERE THE STRUCTURAL MEMBERS OF WALLS,
 FLOORS, CEILINGS, ROOFS AND ROOF ASSEMBLIES (TRUSSES)
 ARE ENTIRELY OF NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS OR
 PRESERVATIVE-TREATED WOOD.
 2. AN APPROVED METHOD OF PROTECTING THE FOAM PLASTIC
 AND STRUCTURE FROM SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE DAMAGE IS
 PROVIDED.
  
 6) SHEET A400 THE BREAK ROOM SINK THE COUNTERTOP DOES
 NOT HAVE THE HEIGHT FROM THE FINISH FLOOR. 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES
 AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE
 HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 7) SHEET A401 DETAILS 2A & 2B SHOW THE GRAB BAR BEING
 MEASURED FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE GRAB BAR NOT THE
 TOP OF THE GRASPABLE SURFACE. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT
 CENTERLINE.
  
 8) NOTICE ONLY. TRUSS LAYOUT AND ENGINEERING SHEETS ARE
 TO BE REVIEWED BY THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD,
 SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL AFFIXED BEFORE BEING
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 9) S2.1 ROOF FRAMING PLAN & M201 MECHANICAL ROOF PLAN
 BOTH SHOW ROOF TOP MECHANICAL UNITS BUT NO DETAILS AS
 TO HOW THE CURB IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE ROOF FRAMING
 AND HOW THE RTU IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE ROOF TOP CURB.
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM. FOR ALL ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS, AND OR VENTS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 10) SHEET M201 NOTE # 7 MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY
 ROOF TOP STANDS FOR COOL CELL CONDENSER. THE ROOF TOP
 A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVAL WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED,
 REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW)
 OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND,
 THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS,
 WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES,
 ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE
 STAND AND THE STAND TO THE ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED
 BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

 COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED FOR ACCESS TO THE ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT.
 2017 FBC-B 1509.6.4 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES ON ROOFS
 OR ELEVATED STRUCTURES. WHERE EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES
 REQUIRING ACCESS ARE INSTALLED ON ROOFS OR ELEVATED
 STRUCTURES AT A HEIGHT EXCEEDING 16 FEET (4877 MM),
 SUCH ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY A PERMANENT APPROVED
 MEANS OF ACCESS, THE EXTENT OF WHICH SHALL BE FROM
 GRADE OR FLOOR LEVEL TO THE EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES?
 LEVEL SERVICE SPACE. SUCH ACCESS SHALL NOT REQUIRE
 CLIMBING OVER OBSTRUCTIONS GREATER THAN 30 INCHES HIGH
 OR WALKING ON ROOFS HAVING A SLOPE GREATER THAN 4 UNITS
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (33-PERCENT SLOPE).
  
 11B) IF ROOF TOP ACCESS HATCH IS TO BE USED PLEASE
 COMPLY WITH THE SIZE REQUIREMENTS. FBC-B 1011.12.2.
 ROOF ACCESS, EXCEPTION: IN BUILDINGS WITHOUT AN
 OCCUPIED ROOF, ACCESS TO THE ROOF SHALL BE PERMITTED TO
 BE A ROOF HATCH OR TRAP DOOR NOT LESS THAN 16 SQUARE
 FEET IN AREA AND HAVING A MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 2 FEET.
  
 12) THE INDEX SHEET INDICATES VARIOUS PRODUCT
 APPROVALS, THEY CAN BE DEFERRED UNTIL AFTER PERMIT
 ISSUANCE. 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
