 SPECIFIC COMMENTS
  
 --PROVIDE LOCATION FOR TRANSIT INFORMATION, MAPS,
 SCHEDULES/ TIMETABLES, BROCHURES, FOR TRANSIT SERVICE
 TO REDUCE PARKING SPACE NEEDS. IF THIS IS PROVIDED IN
 MAILROOM, PLEASE INDICATE AREA FOR BULLETIN BOARD AND
 SHELF FOR BROCHURES.
  
 --NEW FENCE LOCATED AT CORNER OF ELIZABETH AVENUE AND
 BLANCHE STREET IS NOT ON APPROVED PLANS AND STAFF DOES
 NOT SUPPORT THE FENCE BECAUSE OF THE WAIVER OF THE
 AMOUNT OF COMMERCIAL LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
 JUSTIFICATION FOR SUCH WAIVER INCLUDED ?EYES ON THE
 STREET.? THE PROPOSED FENCE ENCLOSES AND PRIVATIZES THE
 SPACE. THE SECONDARY FENCE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF
 BLANCHE AND ELIZABETH WAS NOT ON APPROVED PLANS.
 APPROVED PLANS INCLUDED STOOP ENCLOSURES, RETAINING
 WALLS AND LOW FENCES FOR THE ART PARK, AND TWO DOG
 PARKS ONLY.
  
 --ADD DOOR FOR BIKES AT GARAGE. THIS DOOR CONTRIBUTED
 TO AN ACTIVE USE ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND PROMOTED MODE
 SHIFT FOR THE REDUCTION OF PARKING SPACES.
  
 --SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS MISSING ON FIRST FLOOR
 COURTYARD. PLEASE UPDATE CIVIL PLANS.
  
 --LANDSCAPE PLANS, SHEETS L-200 THROUGH L-206 SHALL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND INSPECTIONS.
 THE SHEETS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS PERMIT.
  
 --PROVIDE BENCH DETAIL FOR BENCHES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF
 LOBBY. BENCH DETAIL PROVIDED INDICATED FOR DOG PARKS.
 BENCHES WERE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 PROCESS OF THE MAJOR AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE FOR SUPERIOR
 DESIGN AS THE AMENDMENT GREATLY REDUCE THE PLAZA SPACE.
  
 --MULLIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON DOORS WHERE INCLUDED ON
 APPROVED ELEVATIONS. JUSTIFICATION REFERENCES
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTES, WOULD THIS BE THE THRESHOLD. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 --ARTIFICIAL TURF STILL CALLED OUT IN DOG PARK ON
 L-101.
  
 --GENERAL NOTE #8 ON SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT MONUMENT
 SIGNS MAY BE INCLUDED. THE APPROVED SIGN PLAN DOES NOT
 ALLOW ANY LOW FREESTANDING SIGNAGE TO BE COMPATIBLE
 WITH THE SURROUNDING INDUSTRIAL ZONING.
  
 --GENERAL NOTE #6 ON SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT ALL
 AMENITIES ARE FOR PRIVATE USE OF THE RESIDENTS. THIS IS
 INCONSISTENT WITH PUBLIC RECORD OF THE ART PARK BEING
 PROVIDED FOR GENERAL PUBLIC USE AND BEING OPENED AND
 CLOSED DAILY FOR THE TENANTS AND GENERAL PUBLIC TO
 ENJOY.

 --WHAT ARE MATERIALS FOR PARKING GARAGE AS SEEN FROM
 COURTYARD AND POOL AREA? SECTIONS 7 & 10 ON SHEETS
