 ON PERMIT APPLICATION, OR ADJUST VALUE TO MATCH ACTUAL
 COST OF WORK. PLEASE ADJUST FEE AT FRONT DESK AND PAY
 ADJUSTED PERMIT REVIEW FEE AT TIME OF RE-SUBMITTAL.
 - ALSO, PROVIDE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IF IT IS NOT
 INCLUDED ON THE PROPOSAL.
  
 301.1 FBC[EXISTING] GENERAL. THE REPAIR, ALTERATION,
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR RELOCATION OF ALL
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS
 LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED
 BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3
 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.
 A) 301.1.1 FBC[EXISTING] PRESCRIPTIVE COMPLIANCE
 METHOD. REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND CHANGES OF
 OCCUPANCY COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 4 OF THIS CODE IN
 BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
 B) 301.1.2 FBC[EXISTING] WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 5 THROUGH 13 OF THIS CODE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE.
 C) 301.1.3 FBC[EXISTING] PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 14 OF

 501 FBC[EXISTING] STATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION FOR
 WORK BEING PERFORMED IF WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD IS
 BEING USED.
  
 107.5.3 FBC[AMENDED] PLEASE PROVIDE DRAWING THAT DEPICT
 EXISTING CONDITIONS, DEMOLITION (IF APPLICABLE) AND
 PROPOSED CHANGES. DESIGN CRITERIA, PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SCHEDULES AND DETAILS FOR NEW WORK.
 NEW WORK WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH ENERGY CODE.
 ALSO, THE FLOOR PLAN LABELED AS-BUILT SOUNDS LIKE WORK
 HAS BEEN PERFORMED. IS THIS WORK ALREADY COMPLETE?
  
 REVIEW HAS NOT BEEN PERFORMED DUE TO LACK OF
 INFORMATION ON THE PLANS. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO SETS OF
 PLANS THAT DEPICT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED SO THAT A
 REVIEW CAN BE COMPLETED ON THE SECOND REVIEW.
  
 NOTES:
 -COMMENTS ARE A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CODE SECTIONS.
 FURTHER REVIEW OF THE REFERENCED CODE SECTIONS WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
