 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 2ND REQUEST. THE SUBMITTED SOILS REPORT IS A PAPER
 COPY SCANNED INTO THE COMPUTER, THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL
 IS NOT ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. 61G15-23.003 PROCEDURES
 FOR SIGNING AND SEALING ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
 (1) ENGINEERING WORK WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 471, F.S., STORED OR TRANSMITTED
 IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT, SHALL BE SIGNED, DATED AND
 SEALED BY THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE
 CHARGE.
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. SHEET S-2 UNDER THE HEADING OF
 FOUNDATION INDICATES THERE IS A FOUNDATION
 INVESTIGATION REPORT PREPARED BY TERRACON. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED OR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND
 SEAL TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2017 FBC-B SECTION 2017 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE
 SOIL. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR
 COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED.
  
 2) COMPLIED. ROOF PRESSURES.
  
 3) COMPLIED. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS ELECTED TO
 DEFER THE PRODUCT APPROVALS UNTIL AFTER PERMIT
 ISSUANCE. 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT WILL REQUIRE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 (D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES,

 COMMENTS INDICATES THE EFIS WILL BE ANCHORED
 (INSTALLED) TO THE WALL PER THE MANUFACTURER?S
 SPECIFICATION. NO PAPERWORK WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE EFIS TRIM PER THE MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS PER THE 2017 FBC-B 1403.
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. SHEET AE201 SHOWS THE USE OF
 DECORATIVE FOAM CORNICE ANCHORED TO THE WALL TO MATCH
 THE EXISTING CORNICE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 1408 OF THE 2017 FBC-B EFIS. HOW WILL HE EFIS
 TRIM BE ANCHORED TO THE BUILDING 1408.3 AND 1408.4,
 1408.4 WEATHER RESISTANCE. EIFS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION 1403 AND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO
 RESIST WIND AND RAIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION
 AND THE MANUFACTURER?S APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
