 THERE IS A FOUNDATION INVESTIGATION REPORT PREPARED BY
 TERRACON. PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED OR
 ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND SEAL TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2017 FBC-B SECTION 2017 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE
 SOIL. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR
 COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED.
  
 2) SHEET S-2 ALLOWABLE PRESSURES/ COMPONENTS & CLADDING
 WIND DESIGN PRESSURES. FOR THE CHART SHOWN THE
 EFFECTIVE WIND AREA IS 10 SQ. FT. USING EITHER WIND
 LOAD CHART FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING ASCE 7-10 OR
 TABLE R301.2(2) FROM THE RESIDENTIAL CODE YOU WILL GET
 THE SAME RESULTS.
  
 2A) PLEASE REVIEW YOUR POSITIVE PRESSURES FOR ROOF
 ZONES 1, 2 AND 3 FOR A HIPPED ROOF. FOR ALL 3 ROOF
 ZONES AND AN EFFECTIVE WIND AREA OF 10 SQ. FT. AT A
 MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 20 FEET 17.9 X 1.29(ADJUST
 FACTOR)=23.09 PSF VASD. IF YOU LOOK AT THE PRESSURES IN
 ZONES 2 & 3 THEY STAY THE SAME. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE
 USING THE FIGURE 30.5.1 OF ASCE 7-10 THE PRESSURES ARE
 GIVEN IN VULT.
  
 2B) PLEASE REVIEW YOUR NEGATIVE PRESSURES FOR ROOF

 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR

 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE

 BUILDING 1408.3 AND 1408.4. 1408.4 WEATHER RESISTANCE.
 EIFS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1403 AND SHALL BE
 DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO RESIST WIND AND RAIN IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND THE MANUFACTURER?S
 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 5) SHEET AS-101 ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN HAS THE
 BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS UNDER THE HEADING OF CHAPTER 5
 MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA 24,000 S. F. (S1). FOR SPRINKLERED
 BUILDING TABLE 506.2 S1 OCCUPANCY ALLOWABLE AREA OF
 36,000 SQ. FT. PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS.
  
 6) SHEET AS-101PORTECO ARCHITECTURE SITE PLAN. THE
 QUESTION FOR THE NEW PORT-COCHERE ALSO SHOWN ON SHEET
 AE201 SHOWS THE INTENT THE PORT-COCHERE IS TO BE DRIVEN
 UNDER, SOLID DRIVE SURFACE. NOWHERE IN THE SET OF PLANS
 IS SHOWN A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS 503.1-503.5.
 WITHOUT AN ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE PLEASE
 SHOW HOW EQUIVALENT FACILITATION SHALL BE MET, THERE IS
 NO ROOF COVERING OVER THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES.
 PLEASE NOTE IN FLORIDA PRIVATE CLUBS HAVE TO COMPLY
 WITH THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE PER SECTION 553.505
 F. S., GREY BOX IN THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
