 BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3
 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.
 A) 301.1.1 FBC[EXISTING] PRESCRIPTIVE COMPLIANCE
 METHOD. REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND CHANGES OF
 OCCUPANCY COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 4 OF THIS CODE IN
 BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
 B) 301.1.2 FBC[EXISTING] WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 5 THROUGH 13 OF THIS CODE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS

 ARCHITECT OR OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED
 BY THE OWNER SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING IS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, AS PER SECTION 553.907,
 FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO
 BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATION. 553.907, FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
 - PLEASE HAVE THE OWNER SIGN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 7) [FBC AMENDED 107.3.5.3.1] PLEASE PROVIDE THE ENTIRE
 APPRAISAL TO ESTABLISH IF SUBSTANTIAL APPROVMENT.
 - I'M LOOKING FOR THE APPRAISAL TO STATE MARKET VALUE
 INSTEAD ON REPLACEMENT COST.
  
 8) 107.3.5 FBC[AMENDED] PLEASE PROVIDE PROJECT DATA
 SUCH AS AREA UNDER AIR AND COVERED AREAS.
  
 9) HOW ARE CEILING TRAYS BEING CREATED?
 - PLEASE PROVIDE TRUSS ENGINEERING, OR INDICATE THAT IT
 WILL BE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL.
  
 10) 311.3 FBC[R] FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL BE NOT
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED
 IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. THE SLOPE AT EXTERIOR
 LANDINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1/4 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS
 HORIZONTAL (2 PERCENT).
 - PROVIDE LANDING AT EXTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR (FROM FAMILY
 ROOM) IF GREATER THAN 2 RISERS PROVIDED.
  
 11) 107.5.3 FBC[AMENDED] PLEASE PROVIDE IN-FILL
 DETAIL(S) FOR FILLING IN OF WINDOW, SIDELIGHTS AND
 DOOR.
  
 12) 807.1 FBC[R] ATTIC ACCESS. BUILDINGS WITH
 COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF CONSTRUCTION SHALL HAVE AN
 ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO ATTIC AREAS THAT HAVE A
 VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR GREATER OVER
 AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2). THE
 VERTICAL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE TOP OF THE
 CEILING FRAMING MEMBERS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF
 FRAMING MEMBERS.
 - PLEASE SHOW EXISTING ATTIC ACCESSES ON FLOOR PLANS.
  
 13) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] ARE THERE ANY TRANSOMS, IF
 YES PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES)
 - ALSO, THERE IS A WINDOW SCHEDULE WITH DESIGNATIONS ON

 OR ELEVATION DRAWINGS TO SHOW WHERE THEY ARE BEING
 INSTALLED. PLEASE SHOW DESIGNATIONS AND SHOW WINDOWS IN
