 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE SURVEY INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS NOT CURRENT OR ACCURATE. THE PROPERTY
 HAS BEEN REPLATTED, ADDITIONAL LAND ADDED TO THE
 PROPERTY, ETC. SINCE THE DATE OF THE SURVEY PROVIDED.
  
 2. THE SURVEYS SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THE LOCATION OF
 THE PROPOSED FENCE. THE SURVEY PROVIDED SHOWS A NUMBER
 OF FENCES, INCLUDING A 6 FOOT WOOD FENCE, A 4 FOOT
 FENCE OF UNKNOWN MATERIAL, ETC. PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE
 LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED FENCE AND GATE USING A
 HIGHLIGHTER OR OTHER DISTINGUISHABLE MARKING SO IT IS
 CLEAR WHAT IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THE
 PERMIT.
  
 3. THERE IS AN EXISTING 12 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
 RUNNING (EAST-WEST) ALONG THE BACK PART OF THE
 PROPERTY, AS WELL AS A 6 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. IF THE FENCE IS PROPOSED TO BE
 PLACED IN EITHER/BOTH OF THESE EASEMENTS, THEN EASEMENT
 CONSENT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM ALL FOUR (4) PUBLIC
 UTILITY COMPANIES (AT&T, FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES -
 GAS, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT - ELECTRIC, AND COMCAST).
