| PLANS!!!!!! THE PLANS READ AS BUILT BUT SHOULD READ NEW |

| SHEETS INCORPORATED IN THESE PLANS? ADDITIONAL |
| INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND THE |
| RED TAG WRITTEN ON 04/22/19 FOR WORK TO BE COVERED |

| NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL |
| REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE |
| REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION |
| PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO |

| A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE |
| THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED |
| DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE |
| MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS |
| AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW. |
