 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.
  
 1A) COMPLIED.
  
 1B) 4TH REQUEST. THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES UNDER
 THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK, CHANGED(WHITE OUT) THIS REVIEW
 TO EXISTING SINK ON THE BATHROOM. THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS
 STATED: INTERIOR REMODELING AND THE INSTALLATION OF A
 NEW BATHROOM SINK. THERE HAS BEEN A HOLD AND 4 X FEE
 FOR WORK WITHOUT A PERMIT SINCE 4/22/2019 FOR BUILDING,
 NEW WALLS, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING. THE PLANS INDICATE
 OFFICE AS BUILT BUT THERE IS NO SINK SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS!!!!!! THE PLANS READ AS BUILT BUT SHOULD READ NEW
 WORK (NOT PERMITTED)!!!!!
 COMMENT FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS 1-3.
 SHEET A-101 LIST IN DETAIL # 1 INDICATES 2 NEW OFFICES
 AND NO RESTROOM OR NEW BATHROOM SINK? A RED TAG WAS
 WRITTEN AND LISTED IN COMPUTER ON 4/22/19 FOR NEW
 WALLS, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING. THERE ARE NO PLUMBING
 SHEETS INCORPORATED IN THESE PLANS? ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND THE
 RED TAG WRITTEN ON 04/22/19 FOR WORK TO BE COVERED
 UNDER THIS PERMIT, DISCREPANCY OF DESCRIPTION OF WORK.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) PLUMBING PASSED BUT THE PLANS A SHEETS STILL SHOW
 NEW WORK OFFICES BEING BUILT PLUS E SHEETS AS BUILT
 ADDITIONAL CEILING FANS AND OUTLETS ADDED. THIS IS NOT
 ONLY A SINK BEING CHANGED OUT. AS BUILT SHOULD READ NEW
 WORK (NOT PERMITTED)!!!!!!!!!!
  
 3) 4TH REQUEST. NO MECHANICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED A
 REVIEW STOP WAS ADDED BUT COMPLIANCE FOR TOILET ROOMS
 WOULD BE REQUIRED UNDER THE 2017 MECHANICAL CODE
 SECTION 403.3.2.3 LOCAL EXHAUST, AND TABLE 403.3.1.1
 PUBLIC SPACES, TOILET ROOM?S FOOTNOTE (G).
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
