 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.
  
  
 1A) 2ND REQUEST. THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE
 SCOPE OF WORK LISTED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 (INTERIOR REMODELING AND THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW
 BATHROOM SINK) AND THE SCOPE OF WORK AND LOCATION
 LISTED ON SHEET G-001 THE COVERSHEET. SHEET G-001 THE
 COVERSHEET LIST THE WORK BEING COMPLETED IN THE CITY OF
 MIAMI, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, MIAMI DEPARTMENT PUBLIC
 WORKS, FLOOD ZONES, DEWATERING AND TRENCHING
 REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE HEADINGS OF SITE WORK, GENERAL
 NOTES & UNDERGROUND CONTRACTORS.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND PERMIT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
 OF WORK.
  
 1B) 2ND REQUEST. THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES UNDER
 THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK, INTERIOR REMODELING AND THE
 INSTALLATION OF A NEW BATHROOM SINK. SHEET A-101 LIST
 IN DETAIL # 1 INDICATES 2 NEW OFFICES AND NO RESTROOM
 OR NEW BATHROOM SINK? A RED TAG WAS WRITTEN AND LISTED
 IN COMPUTER ON 4/22/19 FOR NEW WALLS, ELECTRIC AND
 PLUMBING. THERE ARE NO PLUMBING SHEETS INCORPORATED IN
 THESE PLANS? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND THE RED TAG WRITTEN ON
 04/22/19 FOR WORK TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT,
 DISCREPANCY OF DESCRIPTION OF WORK. 107.2.1.2.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE SEE COMMENTS FROM PLUMBING PLAN
 REVIEWER IF THERE IS TO BE A NEW OR REMODELED RESTROOM.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 107.3.5.1.1 BUILDING.
 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE 301.1GENERAL. THE
 REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR
 RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH
 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN COMBINATION
 WITH EACH OTHER.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST. NO MECHANICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED NOR
 REVIEW STOP ADDED BUT COMPLIANCE FOR TOILET ROOMS WOULD
 BE REQUIRED UNDER THE 2017 MECHANICAL CODE SECTION
 403.3.2.3 LOCAL EXHAUST, AND TABLE 403.3.1.1 PUBLIC
 SPACES, TOILET ROOM?S FOOTNOTE (G).
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
