 COVERSHEET. SHEET G-001 THE COVERSHEET LIST THE WORK
 BEING COMPLETED IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, MIAMI-DADE
 COUNTY, MIAMI DEPARTMENT PUBLIC WORKS, FLOOD ZONES,
 DEWATERING AND TRENCHING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE
 HEADINGS OF SITE WORK, GENERAL NOTES & UNDERGROUND
 CONTRACTORS.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND PERMIT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
 OF WORK.

 OR NEW BATHROOM SINK? A RED TAG WAS WRITTEN AND LISTED
 IN COMPUTER ON 4/22/19 FOR NEW WALLS, ELECTRIC AND
 PLUMBING. THERE ARE NO PLUMBING SHEETS INCORPORATED IN
 THESE PLANS? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, A
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AND THE RED TAG WRITTEN ON
 04/22/19 FOR WORK TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT,
 DISCREPANCY OF DESCRIPTION OF WORK. 107.2.1.2.

 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE 301.1GENERAL. THE
 REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR
 RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH
 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN COMBINATION
 WITH EACH OTHER.
  
 3) NO MECHANICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED NOR REVIEW STOP
 ADDED BUT COMPLIANCE FOR TOILET ROOMS WOULD BE REQUIRED
 UNDER THE 2017 MECHANICAL CODE SECTION 403.3.2.3 LOCAL
 EXHAUST, AND TABLE 403.3.1.1 PUBLIC SPACES, TOLIET
 ROOMS FOOTNOTE (G).
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
