 1) THE PREVIOUSLY UNCONDITIONED WAREHOUSE NOW BEING
 SUBDIVIDED INTO INDIVIDUAL CONDITIONED STUDIOS MUST BE
 IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FLORIDA ENERGY
 CONSERVATION CODE- SEE SECTION C503.2 FBC EC. THE
 SUBMITTED C402 ENERGY FORM CANNOT BE USED TO SHOW FULL
 COMPLIANCE BECAUSE IT ONLY REQUIRES COMPLAINCE DATA FOR
 COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS BEING CHANGED. REFER TO SECTION
 C101.5.1 FOR APPROVED COMPLIANCE MATERIALS I.E
 ENERGYGAUGE SUMMIT SOFTWARE.
  
 2) SHEET M1: ART STUDIOS REQUIRE EXHAUST SYSTEMS THAT
 ARE SIZED AT A RATE OF 0.7 CFMS PER SF. PER TABLE
 403.3.1.1 FBC M. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS AND
 VENTILATION CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) THE AC LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR STUDIOS B, C, D, E, AND
 F REQUIRE THE ENGINEER'S SEAL AND SIGNATURE. ONLY THE
 CALCS FOR STUDIO A HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND SEALED. AN
 ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE WOULD BE A SIGNED AND SEALED
 COVER SHEET THAT LISTS ALL OF THE STUDIO CALCULATIONS-
 SECTION 61G15-23.002 FAC.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
