| HAS 28 FEET OF FRONTAGE, SO THE SIGN MAY NOT EXCEED 28 |

| THIS WOULD PERMIT A 42 SQUARE FOOT SIGN, SO YOU WOULD |
| NEED TO REDUCE THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN TO TWO FEET. |

| 4) THE CITYPLACE MATER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT ALL |
| FASTENERS BE CONCEALED. THIS APPLIES TO THE ALUMINUM |
| MOUNTING STRAPS AND ALL THE TREADED THRU BOLTS. IT |
| APPEARS THAT THE PLAN IS TO REMOVE THE WOOD FRAME WHICH |
| CURRENTLY COVERS THE COLUMNS. IT IS UNCLEAR FROM THE |
| DRAWINGS IS THE WOOD FRAME WILL BE REPLACED AND THUS |
| COVER THE SOME OF THE FASTENERS (ALUMINUM MOUNTING |
| STRAPS). THERE WOULD STILL BE THRU BOLTS THAT NEED TO |
| BE COVERED. IF THE WOOD COVERING IS NOT REPLACED THEN |
| THE FASTENERS ARE NOT CONCEALED AND YOU MUST USE A |
| DIFFERENT MOUNTING SYSTEM. |
