 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER,
 THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE IS $319,214. THEREFORE,
 NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 706.8 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE. NOTE: A SEPARATE SUB-PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS. THIS WORK CAN NOT BE DONE BY
 THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR UNLESS ROOFING CONTRACTOR
 POSSESSES THE PROPER LICENSE TO PERFORM THIS WORK.
  
 2- ENGINEERING SUBMITTED FOR FLAT ROOF:
 A) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE SPACING OF THE SIDE LAPS. IT
 DOESN'T MATCH THE SPACING SHOWN ON THE SYSTEM #W-14 OF
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL11475-R8 SUBMITTED. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE FASTENER SPACING SPECIFIED
 FOR ROOF ZONE #3. ACCORDING TO SEC. 8.1 OF RAS 117 "THE
 MINIMUM FASTENER SEPARATION SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 4
 IN. O.C.". REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) RAS 117 CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED HAVE A COPY OF A
 DIGITAL SIGNATURE. THIS IS NOT A DIGITAL SUBMITTAL.
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER OF RECORD AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 ROOF TILE FASTENING METHOD AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY
 FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR ROOF TILE ADHESIVE.
  
 5-- ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FL14317-R10 SUBMITTED:
 A) CLEARLY MARK WHICH MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES ASSEMBLY
 FORM SEC. 5.6.4 OF PRODUCT APPROVAL IS GOING TO BE
 USED. OR IF USING THE FRSA/TRI APRIL 2012 (04-12)
 REVISED EDITION, THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 SHOWING THE DETERMINATION OF DESIGN WIND LOADS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 5.6.4.
  
 6- SPECIFY ROOF PITCH, BUILDING MEAN HEIGHT AS REQUIRED
 BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS AND SEC.
 107.02.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- THERE IS MORE THAN ONE STRUCTURE IN THIS PROPERTY.
 PROVIDE MAP OR SKETCH SHOWING LOCATION OF AREA OF WORK
 AND SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH AREA (PITCH AND FLAT) AS
 REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS AND
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
