 THE DETAIL IS LACKING COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 FBC-B 2510.6
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS. WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 1404.2 AND,
 WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE
 A WATER-RESISTIVE VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A
 PERFORMANCE AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER COMPLYING WITH ASTM E2556, TYPE
 I. THE INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 INDEPENDENTLY SUCH THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE
 CONTINUOUS PLANE AND ANY FLASHING (INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1405.4) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO
 THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE
 LAYERS.
  
 2F) THE PLAN SHOWS SEPARATION WALLS BETWEEN EACH OF THE
 DWELLING UNITS. STATED FROM THE PLAN: THE REPAIRS TO
 THE PARTY WALL MUST BE MADE WITH 5/8 INCH DRYWALL AND 3
 ? INCH BATT INSULATION.
  
 THESE WALLS WERE TO BE BUILT AS FIRE PARTITIONS, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE WALL RATING AND ASSEMBLY FOR THIS WALL
 SYSTEM. THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION 708.3 FIRE RESISTANCE
 RATING. FIRE PARTITIONS SHALL HAVE A FIRE RESISTANCE
 RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR. PLEASE PROVIDE THE UL
 OR GYPSUM WALL ASSEMBLY.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
