 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO ALL COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT. NOTE THAT THE SUBMITTAL OF REQUESTED
 INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
 1. THE TWO PROVIDED VERSIONS OF FENCE LOCATIONS (SURVEY
 AND AERIAL) DO NOT MATCH. PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAR,
 LEGIBLE SURVEY WITH THE EXACT FENCE LOCATION MARKED.
 THE SURVEY SHOULD BE FROM THE LAST YEAR.
 2. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 94-316, TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION FENCES MAY NOT BE ERECTED UNTIL A
 DEMOLITION PERMIT OR BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE LAND
 DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN ISSUED.
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE ONE (1) COPY OF THE RECORDED WARRANTY
 DEED, TAX BILL, OR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION CARD.
 4. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE GATE ON THE SURVEY.
 5. THE SURVEY SHOULD BE LEGIBLE IN ORDER TO CONFIRM
 THAT THE CLEAR SIGHT VISIBILITY TRIANGLE IS MET.
 6. IS THE PROPERTY COMPLETELY UNUSED? PLEASE INDICATE
 IF SO, AS A FENCE BLOCKING THE ACCESS WILL NOT BE
 POSSIBLE IF THE SITE IS STILL IN USE.
 7. THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS SET FORTH IN SEC. 94-316.
 8. SCREENING DETAILS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
