| SURVEY WAS REVISED AGAIN. NOW IT SHOWS A "DRY RETENTION |
| AREA" ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT. A RETENTION AREA IS NOT |
| REQUIRED ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT AND THIS IS NOT WHAT |
| IT WAS REQUESTED ON MY PREVIOUS COMMENT. THE PREVIOUS |
| SURVEY SHOWED A DRAINAGE FLOW DIRECTION ARROW GOING |
| TOWARDS THE STREET. THIS WAS OK. THE RETENTION AREA IS |
| NOT REQUIRED ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT, BUT IF CONTRACTOR |
| WANTS TO BUILD A RETENTION AREA IS OK. THE CONCERN WAS |
| ON THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. NEED TO KEEP THE WATER |
| WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DRAINING TOWARDS THE NEIGHBOR'S |
| PROPERTIES. THAT IS WHY THE PROPOSED BERM ON THE REAR |
| OF THE PROPERTY WAS NOT ALLOWED. REVISE AS REQUIRED. |
