 CHECKLIST.
 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME OR
 IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.
  
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL (DRAINAGE).
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS (SITE PLAN).
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION).
 NOTE: THERE IS NO MUCH ROOM ON THE REAR OF THE LOT.
 CLEARLY SHOW HOW RETAINING THE WATER IN THE REAR OF THE
 LOT WITHOUT DUMPING INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY.
  
 RESPONSE:
 SURVEY WAS REVISED AGAIN. NOW IT SHOWS A "DRY RETENTION
 AREA" ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT. A RETENTION AREA IS NOT
 REQUIRED ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT AND THIS IS NOT WHAT
 IT WAS REQUESTED ON MY PREVIOUS COMMENT. THE PREVIOUS
 SURVEY SHOWED A DRAINAGE FLOW DIRECTION ARROW GOING
 TOWARDS THE STREET. THIS WAS OK. THE RETENTION AREA IS
 NOT REQUIRED ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT, BUT IF CONTRACTOR
 WANTS TO BUILD A RETENTION AREA IS OK. THE CONCERN WAS
 ON THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. NEED TO KEEP THE WATER
 WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DRAINING TOWARDS THE NEIGHBOR'S
 PROPERTIES. THAT IS WHY THE PROPOSED BERM ON THE REAR
 OF THE PROPERTY WAS NOT ALLOWED. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
  
 2- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:

 C) PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE PERSON DOING THE

 REPEAT COMMENT. THREE TIMES. NAME OF PERSON DOING THE
 CALCULATIONS WAS NOT PROVIDED. ONLY THE SIGNATURE WAS
 PROVIDED.

 INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO

 WINDOW AREA IS CORRECT NOW BUT THE BUILDING ORIENTATION
 WAS CHANGED. SEE PLANS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.

 NOTE: TYPICALLY PLANS ARE SHOWN WITH NORTH ARROW FACING
 UP. PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW NORTH ARROW FACING DOWN. KEEP
 THIS IN CONSIDERATION WHEN REVISING THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS.

 ITEM #4 OF PAGE 1 OF 5. THIS IS INCORRECT. SEE PLANS
 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 H) REVISE DOORS INFORMATION ON SHEET 3 OF 5 TO MATCH
 PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS. REVISE ORIENTATION OF
 DOORS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2(E) ABOVE. AND SEE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR DOORS. EXTERIOR DOORS ARE NOT
 WOOD. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
