 COMMENTS
 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL (DRAINAGE).
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS (SITE PLAN).
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION).
 NOTE: THERE IS NO MUCH ROOM ON THE REAR OF THE LOT.
 CLEARLY SHOW HOW RETAINING THE WATER IN THE REAR OF THE
 LOT WITHOUT DUMPING INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY.
  
 2- THE ADDRESS OF THE JOB SHOWN ON PLANS IS INCOMPLETE.
 ALL PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE COMPLETE ADDRESS OF THE
 PROPOSED HOUSE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) THE BUILDING OWNER, THE ARCHITECT OR OTHER
 AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL
 CERTIFY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM THAT THE BUILDING IS
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE
 PERMIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 B)PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING PROJECT ADDRESS, BUILDER'S NAME, PERMIT
 OFFICE, JURISDICTION, ETC. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 C) PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE PERSON DOING THE
 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R405.4.2.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 D) ACCORDING TO PROJECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF PAGE 2 OF
 4, THE HOUSE WAS ROTATED 180 DEGREES. CLARIFY WHY ITEM
 #5 ON PAGE 1 OF 4 STATES THAT THIS IS NOT A WORST CASE
 SCENARIO AND THEN THE HOUSE IS ROTATED 180 DEGREES?.
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE DONE FOR THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION
 OF THE HOUSE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R405.4.2.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. REVISE CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED.
  
 E)WINDOW AREA SHOWN ON PAGE 3 OF 4 DOESN'T MATCH
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 F) BUILDER TO COMPLETE THE ENERGY PERFORMANCE LEVEL
 (EPL) DISPLAY CARD. SEC. R405.4.3 FBC- ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $196,950. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $3937.32.
  
 5- OWNER IS APPLYING FOR AN OWNER/BUILDER PERMIT UNDER
 THE SECTION 489.103 FLORIDA STATUTES. ACCORDING TO
 PROPERTY APPRAISER RECORDS, THE OWNER ALSO OWN OTHER 6
 HOUSES/PROPERTIES. PLEASE CLARIFY PURPOSE OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THIS HOUSE FOR THE RECORDS. A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED IF THE HOUSE IS GOING TO BE
 SOLD OR RENTED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION
 IS COMPLETE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
