 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE DOES NOT MATCH WHAT HAD
 BEEN APPROVED THROUGH THE PLANNING PROCESS. THE
 APPROVAL IS GRANTED FOR 14,709 SQ. FT. AND NOT 15,805
 SQ. FT. AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICATION AND
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IN BUILDING PERMIT SET FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE
 APPROVED PLANS. INCREASING THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE
 MAY REQUIRE THE PROJECT TO GO BACK TO THE PUBLIC
 HEARING PROCESS.
  
 2.) MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN (SHEET MP-1) DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE LATEST CHANGES APPROVED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 CORRECT MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) DOES NOT REFLECT THE LATEST
 CHANGES APPROVED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SITE PLAN
 FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR: LANDSCAPING,
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, GENERATOR, SIGNAGE, EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING, FLAG POLE.
  
 5.) CITY'S DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS HAVE CHANGED FOR
 DUMPSTER ENCLSORUES. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE NEW
 DIMENSIONS ARE ACCOMODATED IN THE REVISED PLANS.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * PLEASE ENSURE ALL BUILDING PERMIT PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE APPROVED MINOR AMENDMENT (REFERENCE
 PB 1670K, CONDITIONALLY APPROVED ON 8/12/2019).
  
 * CONDITIONS IN RESOLUTION NO. 128-19 MUST BE MET.
  
 * MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE AS-BUILTS REQUIRED.
  
 * ANY REVISIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
