 TAKEN PARALLEL TO THE STAIRS. FROM THE FURTHEST POINT
 TAKEN ON THE SECOND FLOOR TO THE FIRST FLOOR LANDING
 THE TRAVEL DISTANCE IS BETWEEN 85 TO 90 FEET. THIS IS
