 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1-6) SEMI- COMPLIED. THIS IS THE 3RD REVIEW WITH A SET
 OF PLANS THAT ARE ORIGINAL SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS.
 THE SHEET A-0.3 INDICATES BETWEEN THE R2 OCCUPANCIES
 THERE IS A ONE HOUR FIRE RATED WALL ALL THE WAY TO THE
 ROOF DECK. THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO WHAT MATERIALS
 ARE GOING TO MAKE UP THE ONE HOUR FIRE RATING. SHEET
 A-3.1 INDICATES THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS WITH A WALL
 TYPE IDENTIFICATION TAG, (F) 1 5/8 METAL FURRING WALL.
 NOT METAL STUD WALL BUT ONLY METAL FURRING, METAL
 FURRING IS USUALLY APPLIED TO CONCRETE BLOCK
 WALLSPLEASE PROVIDE EITHER A UL WALL LISTING AND SHOW
 THE WALL COMPONENTS OR GYPSUM ASSOCIATION WALL LISTING
 AND THEIR COMPONENTS AND HOURLY FIRE RATING. PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION 420.2
 SEPARATION WALLS/ FIRE PARTITIONS. THE COMMON WALL
 BETWEEN THE R-2 UNITS NEEDS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2017 FBC-B SECTION 708, FIRE PARTITIONS. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 FBC-B SECTION:
 708.3 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING. FIRE PARTITIONS SHALL
 HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR.
 708.4 CONTINUITY. FIRE PARTITIONS SHALL EXTEND FROM THE
 TOP OF THE FOUNDATION OR FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY BELOW
 TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FLOOR OR ROOF SHEATHING, SLAB
 OR DECK ABOVE OR TO THE FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED
 FLOOR/CEILING OR ROOF/CEILING ASSEMBLY ABOVE, AND SHALL
 BE SECURELY ATTACHED THERETO.
  
 6) 3RD REQUEST. THERE SEEMS TO BE A DISCREPANCY WITHIN
 THE SET OF PLANS. SHEET A-0.4 THE DEMO PLAN STATES ALL
 EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS TO REMAIN. IDENTIFIED THE
 COMMENT WITH RED CIRCLEE. WHEREAS SHEET A-3.1 NOTE # 2
 IN THE LOWER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE SHEET INDICATES
 THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE TO BE REPLACED
 IDENTIFIED WITH RED CIRCLE. . 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY.
  
 6A) 3RD REQUEST. THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED AND ASSOCIATED VULT PRESSURES. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE ASSOCIATED PRESSURES IN VASD SINCE THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS HAVE ALL BEEN TESTED IN VASD AND RECORDED
 RESULT ARE IN VASD. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED CONVERSION VULT
 TO VASD.
  
 6B) 3RD REQUEST. IF WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE TO BE
 REPLACED PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 2017 FBC-B

 6C) 3RD REQUEST. IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. THE
 SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS THE ELEMENTS LISTED BELOW
 ARE NOT IDENTIFIED. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL
 PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING
 WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH
 IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND
 DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED
 MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE
 CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN
 THE TESTS.
  
 6D)3RD REQUEST. W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
