2019-04-09 09:59:05ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) THE SETBACK FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO THE SIDE PROPERTY
 SHALL BE AT LEAST 3 FEET. THE PLAN INDICATES 2'
 SETBACK.
 2) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
 AS FOLLOWS: 25' X LENGTH OF FRONTAGE = FRONT YARD AREA.
  
 IF MATERIAL OF NEW DRIVEWAY ARE PAVERS, THEN 60%
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED. BASED ON MY CALCULATION, THE
 PROPOSED DRIVEWAY EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 ALLOWED FOR PAVERS IN THE FRONT YARD AREA. THE MAXIMUM
 ALLOWED IS 500 SQUARE FEET, THIS INCLUDES PATHWAYS AND
 PATIOS.
