2019-05-22 14:01:25THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
  
 1. THE GARAGE DOORS SHALL REMAIN AS LOCATED OR NEW
 GARAGE DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED. ILLUSTRATE THE GARAGE
 DOORS ON THE ELEVATION. IF NEW DOORS ARE PROPOSED,
 PROVIDE AN ILLUSTRATION OF THEIR APPEARANCE.
 2. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN ILLUSTRATING THREE (3)
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES. EACH SPACE MUST HAVE A
 MINIMUM WIDTH OF 8.5 FEET AND A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 18
 FEET.
 3. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN ILLUSTRATING THAT ALL MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT DOES NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR FEET INTO A
 SETBACK. (SEC 94-305 (B)(4)) THE REAR SETBACK FOR THIS
 PROPERTY IS 15 FEET OR 10% OF THE LOT DEPTH. A ROUGH
 CALCULATION SHOWS A 100-FOOT DEPTH LOT, REQUIRING A
 MINIMUM REAR SETBACK OF 10 FEET. THE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL REQUIRE A MINIMUM
 DISTANCE OF SIX (6) FEET. A SURVEY IS REQUIRED TO
 VERIFY THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE REAR PROPERTY LINE AND
 DISTANCE TO THE STRUCTURE.
