 FS471. A PHOTOCOPY SIGNATURE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO FBPE.
  
 2. ROOFING PERMIT REQUIRED.
 FBC 107.3.4 ? PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING SUBMITTALS.
  
 3. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW FRENCH DOORS.
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRED.
  
 4. WINDOW NOT PERMITTED ON ZERO LOT LINE UNLESS THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITION APPLIES. IF THIS EXCEPTION IS USED,
 PROVIDE SITE PLAN SHOWING DISTANCE TO ADJOINING
 STRUCTURE.
 FOR ZERO LOT LINE DEVELOPMENTS WHERE PERMITTED BY LOCAL
 REGULATIONS, OPENINGS AND ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS
 SHALL BE PERMITTED ON THE EXTERIOR WALL OF A BUILDING
 LOCATED ON A ZERO LOT LINE WHEN THE BUILDING EXTERIOR
 WALL IS SEPARATED FROM AN ADJACENT BUILDING EXTERIOR
 WALL BY A DISTANCE OF 6 FEET OR MORE, AND THE ROOF
 OVERHANG PROJECTION IS SEPARATED FROM AN ADJACENT
 BUILDING PROJECTION BY A DISTANCE OF 4 FEET OR MORE,
 WITH 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION ON THE
 UNDERSIDE OF THE OVERHANG REQUIRED, UNLESS THE
 SEPARATION BETWEEN PROJECTIONS IS 6 FEET OR MORE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
