 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 1- NEW MASTER BEDROOM: CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE AND TYPE OF
 EGRESS WINDOW TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEAR
 OPENING REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: PLANS SUBMITTED ONLY SPECIFY EGRESS WINDOWS, BUT
 DON'T SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE.
  
 2- SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOWS (SPECIALLY
 THE BEDROOM WINDOWS) TO BE REPLACED AND TYPE AND SIZE
 OF PROPOSED WINDOW TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 702.5 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 NOTE: PLANS SUBMITTED ONLY SPECIFY EGRESS WINDOWS, BUT
 DON'T SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE.
  
 3- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE ALL THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY THE
 ULTIMATE AND NOMINAL WIND LOAD, BUILDING EXPOSURE,
 BUILDING MEAN ROOF HEIGHT. ALSO, SPECIFY THE COMPONENTS
 AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR ALL RELOCATED WINDOWS. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL FRAMING
 MEMBERS AND ALL CONNECTORS. PLANS SUBMITTED DON'T
 PROVIDE ANY STRUCTURAL INFORMATION. SEC. R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR ALL INFILL EXTERIOR WALLS. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL
 FRAMING MEMBERS AND ALL CONNECTORS. THIS APPLIES TO
 INTERIOR WALL PARTITIONS ALSO. CONNECTORS WERE NO
 SPECIFIED ON DETAIL PROVIDED. PLANS SUBMITTED DON'T
 PROVIDE ANY STRUCTURAL INFORMATION. SEC. R301.2.1

 6- REVISE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON TYPICAL NEW INFILL
 EXTERIOR WALL ON SHEET A-001.
 A)NEED TO SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTIVE BARRIERS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.7.3 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
  
 B)NEED TO SPECIFY THE 7/8" MIN. STUCCO THICKNESS (NOT
 3/4") AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R702.1(1).
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) CASEMENT WINDOWS. NOA 17-1212.22 SUBMITTED EXPIRED
 ON MARCH 04/2019. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS (IF USED) PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEMS #1 AND #2 ABOVE.
 AND, CLEARLY SPECIF MULLION SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 C) FRONT DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE.
 NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL (2
 COPIES), INCLUDING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT SHOWS
 IF PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT CODE IN EFFECT.
  
 8- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS

 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.

 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
