 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
  
 1- THERE IS A NOTE ON THE ENLARGEMENT DETAIL 1 ON SHEET
 S200 STATING "EXISTING LIGHT GAUGE WALLS TO REMAIN. ANY
 WALL THAT REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE NEW STEEL FRAMING
 SHALL BE BUILT BACK PER THE ORIGINAL BASE BUILDING
 DRAWINGS".
 ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FRAMING OF THE WALL THAT IS
 GOING TO BE BUILT TO RECEIVE THE NEW STOREFRONT. SEC.
 1609.1 FBC.
  
 2- WALL SECTIONS ON SHEET S320 NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARAPET.
 NEED TO SPECIFY THE GAUGE OF THE STEEL STUDS AND
 PROVIDE FASTENER SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. 1609.1 FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 FOR THE NEW STOREFRONT SYSTEM AND DOORS
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS..
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
